3. Once listed at Google, Yahoo and bing, SEO priorities should be to acquire high quality backlinks and content updating.
The links pointing to your web page must have the exact keyword phrases that are relevant to content.
A web page must contain its popular, relevant keywords. Amounts over 70 of the same keyword or over 5 of the same keyword phrase on a page should be avoided.
Going after keywords that do not reflect your webpages' content is time wasted. What will happen is your site will attract customers who are looking for something other than what you offer. Irrelevant keyword stuffing is a likely engine penalty.

One motivation behind updating a site is that SE crawlers use a site's change of content (updates) in criteria for their algorithms. In Windows Internet Explorer, the Favorites Bar, found under View > Toolbars, is a time saver because it lets you go to a link in one click. This bar should span across the top of the browser from left to right and should have links useful in SEO. Each having a small icon with a small description that you have renamed after giving them a right click.

The second thing that causes a fast loading page is minimizing the use of images.
The third thing is minimal write-up byte size. So, I would take out all the write-up clutter and blank spaces in your html. Also, the use of tables should be minimized.
